Our Policies

We have spent the past 33-years building our reputation on selling quality collector and classic cars honestly and fairly.

All vehicles are being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. All vehicle descriptions are based on information that is to the best of our knowledge. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, of the vehicle they are about to purchase; this includes but is not limited to verifying claims of matching numbers, drive train, or other claims of authenticity, or genuineness. The seller makes no warranty in connection therewith. Although we do our best to explain each car accurately, these are 50-year old cars and there are no perfect cars. Please keep this in mind when making your purchasing decision. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage.

Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value. The seller is not and should not be considered experts on every make model and variation of classic car that we make available for sale. Our staff combined, has over 120+ years of experience, yet there are still makes models and variations that we have not come across.

The classic cars available for sale at Ideal Classic Cars are vintage collector automobiles. They are not new cars. Most vehicles offered for sale are over 50 years old, some are 60-75 years old or more, and as such, have long since exceeded their original life expectancy, and mechanical tolerances. If you drive them, they may break and require mechanical repairs. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyers request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
